2. Educational Focus

By using our services, you agree to receive educational content, strategy coaching, and marketing system support designed to help grow your business. This includes:

-Automation training

-Messaging and marketing guidance

-CRM system setup and optimization

-Campaign examples and reactivation tactics

3. Messaging Terms

All SMS/MMS communications are educational or business-related

No health-related or private patient information is shared

Users are responsible for obtaining opt-in for their own client contacts

Every message includes an opt-out and complies with A2P regulations

4. Account Responsibilities

Maintain the accuracy of your business information

Use the system for lawful business and educational purposes only

Do not upload or transmit protected health data

5. Billing & Access

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via your dashboard

Billing is monthly or annual as selected

You may cancel at any time—access ends at the close of the billing cycle

6. Content Ownership

You own your uploaded business data

We retain ownership of our educational materials, platform content, and tools

You may not duplicate or redistribute our materials without permission

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without guarantees of specific outcomes

Results depend on your implementation of training and system use

We’re not responsible for missed messages due to opt-outs or technical issues

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 12 months

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cleveland, Tennessee.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
